A Voice Integration expert with four international patents in the fields of Man-Machine, Simon brings to E2M a vast experience of over 18 years in research, development and deployment of innovative technologies.

Prior to E2M, Simon has served as VP R&D of MyHeritage – Web 2.0 Company – the world’s fastest growing family network. He was responsible for the creation of the most advanced web architectures used in the platform.  Prior to joining My Heritage, Mr. Rapoport co-founded Poly Information, a developer of conversational speech recognition systems, where he served as VP R&D and CTO of the company and lead it from inception to a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange (AIM: PLY), and on to acquisition.


Tal Hanoci – VP Business Development and Sales

 



Tal Hanoci brings to E2M an extensive experience of over 20 years in Business Development, Sales and Marketing in High-Tech companies.

Most recently, Tal as served as VP of Sales for CB-Phone Group, an Israeli IT company. He was responsible for sales and business development of their Telecom division. During this period, he had forged relationships with major Israeli Telco companies and established new channels in Europe.

Prior to joining the CB-Phone Group Mr.Hanoci served has NSI Sales Manager (an HP company at the time) responsible for the company's sales in Israel and managed to sell NSI products  to literally all major call centers in Israel. This positioned NSI as the leaders in the call center arena in Israel.

Mr.Hanoci as a vast network in the industry and is personally acquainted with top management of the major technological speech recognition players in the market.
